Bookings & Deposits
We hold tentative bookings for up to 7 days. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. Your deposit and subsequent payments represent your agreement to abide by the booking conditions.

Bowen Cottage provides 'exclusively yours' quality accommodation in an inner urban environment. We would be delighted to welcome you and your dog, if you have one. The rates below are based on a minimum two night tariff for up to four people. Check-in at 2:00pm and out at 10:00am, unless by special arrangement.

Tariff for longer stays is negotiable. A surcharge may apply for public holiday breaks, school holidays, and special events (minimum 3 nights).

• A child rollaway can be provided at $5 per night.
• Smoking is permitted outside only.
